Artificial Intelligence (AI) is estimated to contribute up to US$15.7 trillion to the global economy by 2030 (Source PWC) and The Middle East is primed to accrue 2% of that global windfall, which is equivalent to US$320 billion.
AI represents opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce expenses, increase customer satisfaction and experience, create new efficient business opportunities and improve existing products and services.
However, many organisations are far behind from implementing or updating their current technologies due to lack of infrastructure, integration, skilled labour, business case and most importantly, structured data.
